Danielle O'Steen curates 2016 Arts in Foggy Bottom Outdoor Sculpture Biennial

Danielle O'Steen curated a well-received exhibition for the Arts in Foggy Bottom Outdoor Sculpture Biennial

Danielle O'Steen, Ph.D. student in the Department, has curated what promises to be an excellent exhibition, "Turf and Terrain," the 2016 Arts in Foggy Bottom Outdoor Sculpture Biennial. Fourteen artists are featured in this show, which will be on view in front of private homes in Historic Foggy Bottom in Washington, DC from May 14 through October 22.

Participating artists are Benjamin Andrew, Eames Armstrong, Becky Borlan, Krista Caballero and Frank Ekeberg, Brian Davis, Lisa Dillin, Rob Hackett, Nicole Herbert, Patrick McDonough, Jonathan Monaghan, Lindsay Pichaske, Dane Winkler, and Julie Zirlin.

The exhibition opens on May 14th at 4:00pm with a weekend full of events, including a performance by artist Eames Armstrong on May 15 at 6:30pm.
