Raino Isto curates "False Monarchy," an exhibition that will open at Stamp Gallery on January 31st

Monday, January 22nd

Raino Isto has curated an exhibition - False Monarchy - that will open January 31st at the Stamp Gallery at the University of Maryland. False Monarchy explores the work of Kyle Kogut, an artist from Philadelphia, in a solo show that explores the artist's interest in northern Renaissance art and the automotive manufacturing prowess of mid-to-late twentieth century America to "explore the contemporary politics of American myth and despair."

At the opening reception on January 31st, at approximately 7 pm, the artist will stage an interactive performance with live music and a ritual ceremony.

Congratulations Raino!
