Recent graduates of the Ph.D.

Recent graduates of the Ph.D. program in Art History and Archaeology, Matthew Lincoln and Abram Fox, were published recently in British Art Studies. Their article, "The Temporal Dimensions of the London Art Auction, 1780-1835," is the result of a few years of fruitful collaboration in data-driven scholarship, one that suggests the growing social import over time of painting auctions and the creation of high seasons for these markets. Great work Matt and Abram, and many congratulations!
