ISLAA Forum: Living Histories of Latin American Art

ISLAA Forum
The ISLAA Forum aims to expand collaborative relationships by long-term partnerships between universities outside the New York metropolitan area. The goal is for graduate students studying Latin American art to foster connections and solidarity across potential disparities in resource accessibility and distribution for specialists in this field. The ISLAA Forum further extends support to these networks of exchange by developing targeted programs for professional and intellectual enrichment.

ISLAA Forum: Living Histories of Latin American Art

This consortium of mid-Atlantic universities formed in March 2020 and will continue in the 2022–2023 academic year, enabling professional development and regional community among advanced graduate students of art history. This program encourages exchanges and resource-sharing between emerging scholars at the University of Maryland, Temple University, and the University of Pittsburgh.
