Dr. Aneta Georgievska Shine, recently promoted to Senior Lecturer in the Department, reflects on the strengths of partnership with The Phillips Collection

Dr. Aneta Georgievska-Shine recently was promoted to Senior Lecturer in the Department. One of her signature undergraduate courses, taught yearly, focuses on art histoy and museums. Throughout the semester Dr. Georgievska-Shine and students will visit area museums and visit with museum professionals.

The Columbus Museum has been awarded a $100,000 grant from The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts for the upcoming exhibition, "Alma W. Thomas: Everything is Beautiful," which will open the summer of 2021 at the Chrysler Museum (which is co-organizing), and travel to other venues, including The Phillips Collection, before closing at The Columbus Museum in Georgia.
